The actual day.
It kicked off with school and had 3 different celebration and cakes. Never felt so fat after such a long long time.
I watched Ratatouiie with mrlimchunwah and had a nice dinner at Giraffe - the name doesn't really fit the place that nicely.
And headed to The Central as a surprise for him.... and the story continues

I once told someone this while chatting outside the Singapore Art Museum at 4am on a saturday morning that I wouldn't mind retiring early and be a farmer or living in a fishing village when i'm older-better still-for the rest of my life.

She's someone that showed and taught me what's family life all about, not only encouraging me to go to church, it's the family warmth and concern that I've truely felt and seen, that makes me wanna hug her everytime I see her, automatically helping her in whatever needs that she has, it's the sincerity and everything that she does, it always come from the heart. She makes me feel like a human again. I think that I've fallen for her. hahaha.

Sunday - DAY OF REST

But contradictingly, from the time I woke up, I spoke to mimi, lost 250 calories at the gym, head to vivocity for dinner @ bosses aka with an attention-grabbing name 'hak se wui' which means the secret society, plus shopping -bought a dress from forever21,accessories from diva, a nice pair of havaianas from newurbanmale, candies and more candies from CandyEmpire!!! let's do sugar-feasting during our "orientation" talk tomorrow :) I've got my favourite Starburst and THE FAMOUS JELLY BEAN FACTORY! hahaha And now I'm blogging and waiting for my garlic butter sauce mussels to be ready...

Anyway, I'm about to go crazy! My mom not only just bought me the most gorgeous thing(20 inch imac) and the camera, she's "thinking" of celebrating my 21st birthday in a fall/winter Tokyo! OMG. And I'm still gawking.

I attended Bilin's 21st "Birthday" Party at the Regent's before I left for my holidays and it was really worthwhile. Oh if you don't even know when's the actual date for Bilin's Birthday, you ought to be shot! (We bloodyhell share the same birth date and year) It's that amazing.

We sat beside each other in school for 3 whole years and there were ALL the bitching, crapping, boys-watching plus lunching in town almost everyday, passing of letters, eating candies and sweets during chinese class and always getting her, viviane and duanne aka deedee to wait for the slowest packing of bag person who's me hahaha those were the good ol' days...
Btw, in days to come, she'll be doing her postgrad in London. :/

Anyway, I've known Jean aka my British Council buddy for ages - 11 years and still counting and Diana - the 1st person I spoke to from my Secondary 1 class hahaha. We shared and exude the common understanding and personality of being a rebel. (remember mrs gomez...) *evil grin*

Oh well, we've all moved on and who knows, we might have another reunion, but this time, you might see me with a charming hunk walking beside me(giving you "that's my husband larr look") and a chubby little boy calling me mommy hahahaha

I think that reunion has to take place in 10 years time larr.

It's been a week, ever since I fell really sick on monday.
Ghastly looking, no more peachy, just a glum debbie.
But I'm feeling ten thousand times better already.
Well, with the help of more sleep, better diet(3 meals a day not 5), less exercise(sick lar-i'll die on my last breath on the threadmill trying to grasp for air) and some medication.
I'm glad that I'm surviving.

It's been ages ever since I logged in and I've got some pictures to upload soon. haha. But apparently, I'm just too lazy to photoshop them and everything.

Anyway, I've got myself a haircut today and it's unbelievably horrendous.
It's really depresssing I tell you. argh. Just terrible.
I guess 2 months isn't really a very long time - BUT YES IT IS!

Talking about 2 months, that's when I get back to school after the good ol' 4 months break and before that, I'll be going for a week of vacation -A holiday that I'm looking forward to.
And hopefully, I'll have nicer hair then. hahaha.
Oh man, I can't wait to go away and lie on the sand and just watch the day go by... watching the sun rise till it sets... feel the breeze and wind in my hair... haha my hair again... and most importantly, having the perfect company with me..
And that's what I call a nice, money-can't-buy holiday.
Just as good as MR BEAN'S HOLIDAY. hahaha.

I know it's been a crazy month ever since assessments were over and besides, having loads of stuff to do isn't gonna help. haha. Anyway, I was in jakarta during after the 20th till I don't know when. haha. More pictures will be uploaded as soon as Fiona's back from taiwan. Oh yes. But anyway, I had one of the nicest dinner on the eve of good friday.
Trust me, it's good.

TATSU SUSHI - Best known for their sashimi and sushi, Tatsu Sushi restaurant sets the benchmark for quality sashimi in Singapore. I had the best salmon belly(raw) sashimi in the world.(Price a bit steep lar-5 slices for like 30 dollars!) haha. Then again, Trust me it's good. The whole meal cost me like 200 bucks for 3 people - but my mom thinks it's not worth it haha I ate quite a lot of funky stuff that you don't find at normal contempory jap restaurants like sushi tei. But till now(330am) I'm still craving for the sashimi(yummy)

A mini tribute to my class 2d.
haha although we didn't get quite cosy cosy with each other but there were the happy times together(i guess) haha today's gonna be the last day that we're gonna be together as 2d and moving on with different classmates(class) in our final year. The sleeping beauty is finally awake. My brother thinks that I'm ridiculously crazy. Hmm.. let's see.. I guess I was asleep for more than 21 hours man. haha. STONING now.
I've got shitloads of work to do cos' submission's coming up in like 2 to 3 weeks time.
arghh. Soon I'll be some toilet cleaner clearing those shit and take a 4 months break from the bloody smelly toilet. haha. Basic instructions for doing a superb job in clearing all those shit.

Happy Valentines' Day.

Breakfast at Tiffany's(The movie starring Audrey Hepburn) was superb.
I was watching it just now. Hmm. But I still prefer Sabrina. haha.

I love it when she sang "La vie en rose".

My LV bags arrived yesterday. haha. yay. mom bought them. yea. so it's not really mine mine lar. yeap. but BUT..I still can use them. =)
I'm still hunting for cny clothes. sighh. Speaks of trouble. I haven't even gotten a single outfit or a piece of cloth for cny man. Thinking of hitting the stores soon maybe like on thurs and fri. (was looking at river island's webbie and some of the dresses are really pretty..the english sorta pretty-maybe something emily might like) haha. Was at far east yesterday with fionette and met jean and grace too. hmm. Fionette got this really cute dress from closet affairs(looks like a chic moschino) seriously i think it's dope man. haha. Frankly, most movies these days hardly touches your soul and wanting you to search your heart.
Some may call them entertainment.
I can vaguely remember how many movies I've watched and made me laugh.
But I can deeply remember the number of movies I've watched and made me laugh and cry at the same time.
That's when I call that my perfect contentment.

It's good - This orgy of merciless parody sketches, crazy spoof songs, interactive madness and moments of simply orgasmic comedy.

No one was spared in the quest for comedic truth-telling.

Mostly Red & Yellow.
That's like one of the best colour schemes you can dip me in. Ahhem. No, it's not for some fondue. It's more like a self-check thing. I'm down with a bloody unexpected sickness called a mild fever and cold, prolly after 2 rounds of red wine during my x'mas dinner with more heineken when the girls are back AND I started coughing like a sick old grandmother. Ever wonder why. No raising of eyebrows' here. Your good old friend here didn't take care of her health lar. Just to let you know, it's not that she's fully aware of not wanting to have fun and go drown herself with all those alcohol. Whereas trying to control the alcohol limit when she isn't even driving is a good sign during the festive season.

I had 3 to 4 thanksgivings' and it's been a wonderful year. And as you know when it's Christmas, the new year is approaching.
*Scatches my head* pondering... so what's gonna be the 10 new year's resolution.. again?
And yes, don't you catch me smirking.

I wouldn't wanna say that I'm truely happy with what I have, but I am contented.
I spent this rainy christmas with my girls and dear loved ones. =)

However, don't get me wrong but this is my perception of christmas...

It is unknown exactly when or why December 25 became associated with Jesus' birth. The New Testament does not give a specific date.The identification of the birthdate of Jesus did not at first inspire feasting or celebration.

So personally, I do not celebrate Christmas becos' it's Jesus's birthday.
But it's a time for merry making and thanksgiving-such as spending time with your family etc

It's like the same theory for santa claus.

I had my Thanksgiving dinner with juls, mom, tim & dessy @ Intercontinental on Saturday.

Needed some time off to distress.

Me savouring the desserts after the main course @ the olive tree - interconn.

The tiramisu at fullerton was damn good despite me having a seafood buffet before that hahaha. It's been raining for the past few days-heard that there was a typhoon in philippines and that's why Singapore's affected.

Did my presentation for dpm yesterday and am on mc today cos' I caught a cold-due to the rain. More work to be done and completed tonight.

Once again I decided to drop by and blog. haha.

I've been extremely busy.

Debbie's facing some anxiety shit here and she's gotta 2 days mc. Wth. It shouldn't be happening but yea. It's happening. I miss hanging out. Sighh. I've been racking my brains for ideas for the microsite-banner thing-for Creative 2006.
It's really incredible that both me and desmond's working together for this "campaign".
We're like working alongside with oligvy and MICA. seriously, this's some cool shit.
I was at the press conference for creative 2006 @ Esplanade this morning.
Met like various directors from art,design and media.
So it's really like nerve-wreaking at first, but everything turned out to be fine-i hope.

We were BOoging at the retro room, the main arena and smoove yesterday. haha.
It was half an hour of non-stop shooters. Madness! It's not even one for one. haha.
I had to help cherie to drink her submarine. okay.
me,clay,sylvia(cherie's sis) and cherie(for half an hour) got high man.
I had to eat in order to be sober. Farce.
We were at hong kong cafe(cherie's fav. place) at cine-it's open 24 hours.
Everything about cherie's bday's some downright high jinks man. hahaha.

What a massive week!
My Assessments ended on tuesday!
haha and it was crazy entertainment after since.
Saturday-We celebrated Mimi's and Chuwen's bday man. Dinner at Rennthai with Mimi,her teddy, cherie and clay & celebrated chuwen's bday at crystabel haha.
Omg hassyim's celebrating his bday on wed and crystal's bday's on fri.
My Cherie lady's bday will be on the 21st man.
We'll be heading to Singapore Bennale on friday with the gang. Okay. I heard that it's gonna be fun.
I can't wait for Halloween! hahaha.

Wednesday-Crystabel wth the gang followed by a surprise, okay i'm smiling already, had pataya @Alameen and fancy seeing 4 pple squeezing on clay's bed. haha.
Thursday-Woke up at 4pm at clay's,went home and headed to Chinatown in the night.
Friday-Caught Stay Alive the movie with sam & went over to East Coast and celebrated Mooncake Festival with the gang. haha. Headed to Cherie's place and had prata and played the crazy aquarium game and almost had fits cos' I was laughing so hard.
Alrights. I'm gonna be catching sex and the city season 5 now. dvd marathon. Ciao. and yes. you're missing out! haha

Awful dreadful sunday. Woke up seriously late in the evenings today.=( I was out for a convention meeting yesterday followed by dinner at fish&co with juls,mom and desmond and ice-cream at rouge man. goodness. And I did managed to send ziheng off at the airport last night at like 1130pm. Will be catching forbidden city next weekend. sigh.Assessments are like comin' up. And my work's seriously lagging behind. Anyway, will be heading to BarNone with mom and her friend next week i think.yes. I know it's damn weird. Oh man. I'm still waiting for my photos for my birthday man. sighh. everyone's busy with work i guess. Okay. I gotta go get going. Ciao!

It's monday again

Weird things are happening to me as usual.sheesh hmm.
I lost my voice but my voicebox's still in function. haha. Mimi says that I've got a sexy; husky voice.
Okay. what the hell. haha.
The funny part is that I was talking to desmond for a short while in the morning with a "barely there" voice and he's got sore throat, ulcers and i dunno what's more for him..and poor desmond, cos' he can't exactly laugh too hard, or else he'll be in more pain..hope the ginseng tea helps But hey, desmond, get well soon yea?(that's if he ever reads this) hahaha
To me, lack of sleep's worse.. =p
Here I am, listening to Norah Jones, got outta bed after sleeping for 3 hours(slept for 2 hours this morning) not becos' I'm no longer tired, but 7 missed calls appeared on my LCD in my cosy dark bedroom. And Iris by Goo Goo Dolls kept on replaying, and it seems that I don't have much of a choice but to get outta bed.
Hmm.. oh. my new ipod nano that I've gotten on saturday can't work. gawd. gotta bring it to appleshop tml..genius, sheer genius..I'm gonna see my beloved macbook. argh. let's not talk about it.

Mom may be sending me overseas after my course. Sobs.
